Bleach Romeo is the commercial studio of artist and photographer, Sandra Tinari, working across the arts, creative industries and destination-led projects.

With a background in journalism and photography, Tinari is a multidisciplinary practitioner whose work spans strategy, brand development and digital communications. Her approach combines creative direction with commercial insight, shaped by nearly three decades of international experience across Australia, London, Europe and the Middle East.

Her practice is grounded in the development of cultural, tourism and place-based projects, bringing together strategy, storytelling and audience engagement. She has contributed to major international platforms including Art Dubai, Dubai Design Week, Downtown Design, Dubai Fashion Council and Design Days Dubai.

Tinari is co-founder and Consulting Director of Perth Sky Sculpture Park, where she leads strategy, development and operations in collaboration with the Artistic Director. Opening in 2026, Perth Sky is a large-scale, community-driven cultural initiative positioning contemporary sculpture within the landscape of the Perth Hills.

Her commercial work extends to entrepreneurial ventures, including the launch of Dubai’s Viya App — a hospitality and loyalty platform generating over AUD $54 million in annual revenue and more than 120,000 users within three years.

She was also part of the founding team for the Dubai Institute of Design and Innovation (DIDI), established in partnership with MIT and Parsons School of Design, contributing across business development, marketing and large-scale public engagement initiatives.

Tinari’s work spans strategy, cultural development and communications across sectors including arts and design, destinations, hospitality, real estate, financial services and engineering. Her writing and photography have been widely published, including a long-running arts and design column for Emirates Airline’s Open Skies magazine.

Based in Western Australia, she continues to work across selected commercial and cultural projects through Bleach Romeo.
